I didn't know what to expect when I read the negative reviews here. When I got it and put it together, it is definitely professional quality gear, over-engineered to its size. I'm using it for a bit of uplighting for my podcast to get a more even lighting from below, so I'm not stressing it with a lot of weight. Read the weight ratings if you're concerned but it's extremely sturdy. I'm impressed with the quality. Took a punt at £26. Pleasantly surprised, well engineered, solid product. It will work perfectly for my intended purpose. Really good, spring loaded locking mechanism on wheel arms and wheel locks click into place reassuringly.
