Why did you pick this product vs others?: Lasts longer. Value for money: Absolutely. Comfort: The smooth feeling is lovely. Effectiveness: Mostly used for biking protection, Had a wipe out last month & save my hands a Ton(Street Construction). But they're still useful for intense training w sparring & bag work Stitching quality: Absolutely wonderful, They're lasting long than my Everlast heavy bag gloves. Durability: I've run through Everlast gloves in under a month, Barely even using them. Still have the RDX gloves right now. Definitely ordering another pair. Hope the company quality stays well or even fins a way to improve them.

Great product, a little lighter on the padding side than I was hoping for (1000% my fault, I just started getting back into hitting the heavy bag) but overall the feel, the comfort and durability is all there. Especially given the price point.

Hey everyone. For the price these are pretty good. If you want really high quality, you need to expect to pay around a hundred dollars. The issue people complain about is the finger irritation. The insides of the glove are not fully smooth. The seams should be on the OUTSIDE, not inside, for this type of stitching. Here's how to fix it. Turn the gloves inside out. CAREFULLY trim the excess material off with sharp scissors. Do not get too close to the stitches. Just clean up the excess leather and polyester. Then turn them outside in again. This will reduce the rubbing by half. After you use them a bit, the stitching will soften more and your skin oils will lubricate it. You can speed this up with a bit of diaper rash cream...NOT Vaseline. Takes 15 minutes to do this. Just be careful! Also, do not pull them all the way on. Leave a bit of space between the finger "v" and your finger webbing. The gloves don't slide around and are made for you to leave a little space. It feels weird at first, but after a couple rounds on a bag it feels perfect. Overall, good gloves.

Ordered a small (15-17 cm), based on sized chart description, for my 8 year old girl, who's hands fall between the 15-17 cm mark. Arrived on schedule and tried them on her that night. WAY TOO BIG! Even momma bear's hands that measure at about 20 cm had plenty of room to float around in. Would've kept them for momma bear but they are simply too big even for her. These are going back, which is sad because the build quality looks pretty good considering the price. It's too bad it's really difficult to find a true kid/child size sparring/grappling/mma style glove that isn't part of some toy package. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. 15.25 cm behind the knuckles palm circumfrence for my Jiu-Jitsu princess. Update (10/29/21): The seller, Brands Inn, contacted me not too long after I posted this review and sent back the gloves. I am very impressed with the way they handled my experience. They reached out to me to find out what exactly went wrong and immediately worked to correct the situation. It turns out that the gloves and size chart I was looking at are specifically for adults. They stated they would get the sizing chart thing cleared up to avoid future confusion. They also wanted to work with me to correct my situation. They advised that they in fact have "youth" sized grappling gloves. After several emails, and with a gentleman whos last name starts with a "W" (not sure I can mention names here) going well above and beyond what I would expect, I can happlily say that my daughter now has kids sized gloves. There are more details to what transired. But I would rather keep between myself and Mr. W. I can say with confidence that you WILL NOT regret doing business with these folks. They took good care of me and my daughter.... well beyond what I would have expected, and I"m sure they will take care of you should you have any issues. I look forward to doing future business with them. Oh.... the gloves are nicely made and I'm sure will easily stand up to the abuse an 8 year old can dish out.

I purchased these to use with my spar bar as I wanted something that gave good protection but less than my boxing gloves and were quick and easy to put on and take off and would last. These are perfect, really well made and have a good layer of protection for hitting the bar hard but still give a good feel for martial arts technique’s as well.
