Tried pumping it for over 10 minutes but absolutely nothing came out. I returned it and ordered it again. The new item did not pump either so I'm giving up now. There's no screw on lid so no way of accessing the product without cutting it open with a saw. These items are obviously faulty but Amazon continue to sell them knowing full well that they will not work. The facial one started to fade less than a month but the leg one has not changed despite applying this product twice a day for about three months. It is possible that either the leg area is disadvantaged by clothes or socks rubbing on the lesion or that the facial one just faded naturally.
