Lasted barely 3 years. Was never a smooth computer. Very light use. Never move it around or take it anywhere. Super disappointed in the brand. Wouldn't recommend. Took into trusted repair shop and the motherboard is shot. Piece of crap.

Best laptop on the market for a fantastic price!
This model VivoBook has 16 GB of RAM and an Intel Core i7-12700H CPU, which is a very fast laptop for the price. The 17.3" screen is beautiful and the keyboard has a quick and comfortable feel while typing. The laptop comes with a whole Terabyte of storage and can even handle all types of gaming on lower settings. This is honestly a $2000 plus laptop that you are purchasing for way less! I highly recommend this laptop because of it's quality hardware and performance!

Don't buy this laptop!
It's sold as new, but it's actually old. After the warranty expired and the return window closed, it stopped working, and they offered no assistance. You'll be left to handle the loss on your own. I recommend not purchasing this product.

please fire your designers
you did your research and this laptop has everything you need. Mine did. Power, screen, battery, etc. - everything was perfect on paper. After one month, it is perfect no more. There are 3 design issues, one of which is very bad for me It must be the last new laptop series that still use dedicated charger port. It should have been usb-c by now. No excuses. Left side has single usb-a port. So much for versatility and flexibility. Now- the worst. I am so used to relax with my laptop and page-down through something while I have coffee, beer, fork, cigar, dog, cat, etc in another hand. So one hand - for laptop and one hand is free. I just can't do it with this laptop. There are NO page-down, page-up, home and end buttons! You'd get the same functionality by using BOTH hands and pressing 2 buttons! Twisted. There are plenty of buttons that are used for some outright idiotic functions and several - used for plain silly functions (myasus and projector). So major buttons are missing purely because of a brilliant design choice. Why you have calculator, CE and -/+ dedicated buttons?! It is beyond my comprehension. There are standard and needed buttons missing, but this idiocy has dedicated ones. I use page-down, page-up, home and end buttons continuously whole day but need a calculator maybe once a week. And I don't need a button for it!!! What design guru at Asus decided to give you a full blown basic calculator pad?! It must be saboteur from HP working at Asus to slow them down. If you plan to use this laptop for occasional gaming, forget it. Removal of those buttons makes this laptop useless for FPS. Oh, and there is #4. Asus ScreenXpert is aways staring at you, taking away attention and screen real estate. You can kill it, but it comes back after restart. Oh, oh! there is #5 - no numLk light. Oh, oh, oh! There is #6. Fingeprint was taken during initial setup but never came back to allow promissed easy login. I guess - another good design choice. Now, somebody in China has my fingerprint. Doh! To conclude, a very solid C-/D+ laptop. One month in, I would return it and get one with standard keyboard layout.
