Is this rechargeable? Can I use with out plug

Plugs into your cigarette light and has line enough to reach all tires on car & SUV. Can order extra line for little of nothing and i did because have lawn mowers, carts & fertilizer spreader and if you don't keep tires on these things aired the tires go down and can ruin. So got the extra line where would reach all in my car shed without having to move vehicle around to reach everything. Have a nice 4-wheel cart and left untended until had to carry tires to a shop to get tubes put in and cost me $96.00. Plus, it air really fast. really recommend.
