I found these problematic to be honest. The instructions aren't the easiest to follow and you need to pay attention to the mechanisms to figure everything out. The inner rails had some spring leaf latches on them that got jammed. I nearly gave up, but eventually, I figured out that you can use the provided screws to secure the inner rails and rip the latches off. It worked for me and I'm happy now, but there's a better way. When installed they are good rails. So I'm happy now. Review: Solid (albeit pricey) server chassis rails - Very solid rails that fit my StarTech 25U rack with 32" of mounting depth perfectly. The tool-less rail install is quite nice and easy to do with just one person, which I do appreciate. Once everything is said and done, it feels solid enough, but the mounting clamps on either end give me some pause for how long they will hold up. It'd be best to use some mounting screws on the ends I think. These rails slide well and are a much better experience than the iStarUSA generic rails I tried using a few weeks ago with a Rosewill case. That being said, they are pretty pricey! I paid $236 for these sliding rails. Other universal sliding rails sells for less than $70.
