Disappointed with the roast and quality
I ordered a medium roast but received something closer to an uneven, dark roast. I specifically bought 100% Arabica, but the taste suggests otherwise—more like 60% Robusta and 40% Arabica. The flavor is burnt, charred, and extremely bitter. Definitely not what I expected, and it’s a mistake I won’t be making again. I won’t be buying coffee from this seller in the future.

Quality not up to the mark
1. Not the best grade of coffee considering the price. Had very high expectations since this is billed as having been exported to Europe, but the taste and aroma were disappointing,more so because the South Indian brand I tried before this one had been very satisfying. 2. Very coarse grind not suitable for Espresso machines - the steam just smells burnt and there is a lot of sediment in the cup. Need to put in a lot more coffee then I use for other brands to get the strength I prefer.
