Plantar Fasciitis Pain Relief!!!
I don't normally write reviews but wanted to in this case, as my results have been outstanding in just the first 10 days. I have been experiencing plantar fasciitis pain for over 6 months now with heel pain that can be excruciating at times. My plantar fasciitis is primarily due to overpronation and spending a lot of time on my feet as a teacher and high school football coach and probably age (55). I have struggled to be consistent with stretching, strengthening, and soft tissue work because it is such a slow process in terms of pain relief. I finally decided to give in (have not had good experience with insoles in the past) and purchase a pair of PowerStep insoles. The most important factor for me when purchasing the Pinnacle Pulse Maxx Insoles, was a reduction in heel pain. I am happy to share that I noticed a significant reduction in pain immediately. I was able to stand and walk with no heel pain when making heel-to-ground contact. I also noticed the benefits and reduction in pain once I took my shoes with insoles off and walked around the house barefoot. Again, this occurred day 1! The fit has been pretty spot-on for me although they are not a great fit with all of my shoes. This makes total sense as we all know there is a lack of consistency in terms of fit/shoe size between brands and even collections within a brand. Definitely make sure you remove the existing insoles before adding PowerStep insoles. I would also make sure to tighten the laces more then normal to keep my foot stable in the insole or I can start to experience some heel pain. I would also point out that these insoles are wide so don't typically work well with shoes that have a narrow toe-box such as dress shoes. The quality seems to be excellent outside of the odor control top fabric peeling up on one of the insoles. I just lay it back down before putting on shoe and have had no problems. This also does not have any impact on the functionality of the insole in terms of managing my pain so not a deal breaker at all for me. One of the concerns I initially had was price as there are obviously a lot of other insoles out there that are much more affordable. The other option I was considering included running shoes with stability and max cushioning that have great reviews in terms of minimizing heel pain. The average cost of these types of running shoes was around $140. It did not take me long to figure out that spending $50 for insoles that could be transferred to multiple shoes was a better financial decision then one pair of shoes doing the same at $140. I will update if there are any changes in terms of quality but as of today, I cannot recommend these insoles enough for those with plantar fasciitis!!!

Highly recommended for overpronation and shin splints
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Support for Shin Splints and Overpronation — Built for Performance I bought the Powerstep Pulse Maxx after struggling with shin splints and lingering ankle issues, and they’ve been a total game-changer. These insoles offer serious arch support and heel stability, which has helped control my overpronation and reduce impact on my lower legs during workouts. The cushioning is firm but responsive—perfect for high-impact activities like running, basketball, and HIIT. My feet feel locked in and well-aligned, and I noticed a huge drop in calf and shin soreness after just a few days of use. They fit perfectly into my training shoes without adding bulk, and the anti-microbial top layer helps keep odor down even after long sessions. Unlike softer gel inserts, these don’t flatten out or lose shape over time—they feel purpose-built for athletes who need structure and performance, not just padding. If you deal with MTSS, plantar fasciitis, or any kind of arch instability, I’d highly recommend the Pulse Maxx. These are easily one of the most supportive and durable insoles I’ve used—and worth every penny.
