When is the expiration date?

I am afraid I eat them before they expire. They are gone within a month.

How is all that fat heart healthy?

There are different kinds of fat. Polyunsaturated, monounsaturated and saturated. Saturated fat is generally from animal-derived products and can clog arteries as well as other unhealthy heart side effects. The nuts are composed of the other types of fat which are beneficial to the body system.

The nuts arrived with the box unsealed. The packages of nuts looked ok. Should I be concerned?

This summer (I order pecans weekly) and noticed that the heat loosened seal on really hot days. Still tasted good!

Started doing Keto and I love nuts but can’t tolerate cashews (sadly). These come without cashews and is lightly salted. They taste great and the individual package makes it ideal to carry in my purse, lunchbox or just in the car. Using the monthly subscription and it comes on time for when I set it up
