Good product, quality is decent.
Product is good, UI is responsive. Picture and Video quality is also decent, not HD but good enough. Software needs improvement, particularly picture sorting. It shows few photos more and few photos are never shown.

The app has some limitation for transfer over unpaid version .

Good Product & Very Happy with the Service !!
Very Happy with the service received from the Service Centre ! There was some issue with the Interface. After complaining, the material was picked up, repaired & delivered back.

Perfect memory lane gift
Best thing I bought, it's smooth has all the features i was looking for. You could simple add your family and friends to ensure no picture or video is left. On top it is a touch screen and you could simple adjust aspect ratio of your picture . Simply great and worth the money so far, also comes with warranty. I am happy as it keeps my loved ones close, also the sound quality is great .

Xelectron - Worthless product, dishonest customer service
It’s a worthless product and Xelectron’s customer service is handled by bunch of dishonest people. The product I got did not work when I tried to switch on there was a single line in the display which looked like a crack (in an image & video) but there was no physical damage. When I sent the entire video showing the crack appearance only when I power it on the customer service jokers said it was a physical damage and they don’t cover it and had the audacity to ask 7k to fix the screen. I reached out to Amazon customer service and they made things right. My personal advice - DO NOT buy this product. It’s not worth it.

Easy to operate, useful one to place as a menu board for by Bartending events

Worth the purchase
Looks good on my table. The Frameo app preloaded on the frame allows for easy transfer of photos to digital frame. It got slide show with adjustable timer, plays videos, allows to adjust the photo position. I like to take lots of photos and the photo frame allows to view them over time, other wise they would just be on my phone. I would say, it’s a worth purchase. The support team is good and responsive.
