Overall this was a great product. I seemed to be getting all of my daily vitamins with this product. I would recommend it. Just eat something before you take it!

I dont like eating veggies as much as I should so I got these to supplement my diet. I know they don't replace true veggies, but I did notice that my skin looked clear and I felt good when I took these. They don't have an aftertaste and are easy to take. They are full of good fruits and potent veggies and seem to be effective in contributing to overall health. I don't eat a lot of candy so maybe that helps maximize their effectiveness.

I'm trying to eat healthier but I don't always have time to prepare fresh vegetables. Green veggies really are a super food. They do so much good for the body. The Dr Bo Superfood Greens supplements are easy to swallow and make up for what I can't take time to eat on some days. Good overall value, I'll keep using them to help safeguard my health.

Dr bo, organic superfoods are very beneficial except it comes in small quantities I would like a larger bottle, they are easy to digest and I like that it's a premium plant base vitamin, I like that it has 14 organics fruits and vegetables and 14 organic greens but as I mentioned it only comes in small quantities and it would be better if you could take just one a day., I also like that it has zero artificial colors, flavors and no chemicals and preservatives.

My husband and I, along with several friends and siblings have incorporated these into our daily routine. They do give us energy and insurance for a better diet.

I think these give me more energy but im a not really sure. If you want to get all you greens in you better be eating regular natural food as well as this but it helps too. One thing I miffed about is that the bottle says you can get a free one if you go to their website- thats just a lie, no free bottle.

I use these monthly because they help replace the nutrients that I don’t get. They are very good. Easy on the stomach. Have great health benefits. I’ve been using them for about six months now.
