Hi I was wondering if this came with the base cover for the arm nut?

Hello, the package includes rear wiper arm with cover and rear wiper blade

There is water jet that attaches above the nut that secures the arm. The video does not show it being installed. Does the cover have the water holes?

It was pretty simple. Those jets come right off so you can loosen the nut and install the new arm. The jets just snap back on. It took about 2 minutes to do and I am no mechanic. :-)
