Very flimsy product !!!

I regret buying this , the tubes wont get attached , you need to keep holding it , otherwise the tube will fall .. theres no light coming out ot the tube ,only some light zapping that can barely be felt !! I really wanted to try this high frequency technology on my occasional period pimples ..
