Not the quality you expect from this brand.
While the dates I received had a decent flavor and texture, I was disappointed to find that most of them had cracks on the surface. This made them look less appealing. No return policy even if the bag is sealed.

Faulty product like chewing on mud, no taste no bite.
I purchased a bag of Jumara Ajwa dates, although the bag indicates a recent production date, the dates themselves were disappointingly soft and lacked any flavor. I tried one date, it was like chewing on mud. There was no bite to these dates, a stale smell and zero taste. This is a product has been either exposed to high temperature or some faulty storage conditions. I question the manufacturer quality and freshness of the product.
