After my husbands back surgery and my knee replacement-this was a great assist in exiting the car. Very sturdy and great to push off. The PT department had one of these for training in my rehab. Would recommend for anyone needing help to safely exit a car.

I originally purchased this handle for my parents and my in-laws, who are elderly and sometimes have difficulty getting in and out of the car. It has honestly been a game changer. It provides great stability and makes standing up from a seated position so much easier and safer. They feel more independent, and I feel more at peace knowing they have that extra support. What I also love is that it’s multifunctional. In addition to being a support handle, it can be used in an emergency to break a window if needed — which adds an extra layer of safety. It’s small, lightweight, and very convenient to keep in the car door or glove compartment. I personally used it as well after back surgery, and it was incredibly helpful. It allowed me to get out of the car without putting too much pressure on my back or needing someone to physically pull me up. Highly recommend this for seniors, anyone recovering from surgery, or really anyone who wants extra safety and support in their vehicle.

A friend told me about this, she got one for her husband so he can get out of her car. We have a large pick up truck that is sometimes difficult for me to get out of because it so big off the ground. I got this and tried it and it’s so helpful. It is very durable and really good quality. I am using it as an extra place to hold so I can climb down and not have to slide down. It’s a great price and I highly recommended it to anyone with a vehicle that is high off the ground.
