I was a regular eater of dabur chawanprash but few months back bought this one for a trail & I have to admit I'm admitted to it. I take 1 teaspoon full of the zandu sugarfree version after my empty stomach lemon water. Opt for a sugarfree version since the normal ones majorly have only sugar itself! It's a little lighter in colour than dabur. Is super more flavorful n honestly TASTY than any other brand. You'll love in your everyday lifestyle. I suggest a spoonful of chawanprash everyday since its major composition is amla and amla should be taken everyday for a healthy body :)

The consistency of the product is good and it is safe for diabetic patients as company claims.

Send it at least paper packaging. How many times i have to complain? Edit- product is good and seal intact. New product, delivery is excellent. All good but amazon packaging is pathetic. Their packaging staff is one of the worst in the E-com world. Edit- one thing i should mention-aritifical sweetners are added and sodium benzonate like chemicals used as preservatives. These same chemicals zandu used in their cough syrup too.
