It is a clear flexible plastic. It is not brittle it is durable. The case is great! it just feels great in my hand. The spine is perfectly rounded, the material has a subtle gripping feel. Its light and well balanced your hand (which goes to show the importance) . I tried the other that had more features but where flimsy, not balnced , slpine heavy, just awkward to hold and be on the move with. this one is just great! the design is great and most of all it's just comfortable. The edges are rounded and provides a great firm grip. The weight is good. Very comfortable in hand when open for reading. Dont even need a pop sock or holding ring accessory. It is that good. The other ones rear spine would move / shift. I usually buy on design and features but this one got me by surprise because of weight, balance, and feel that is hard to describe till it’s in your hand. Hats off to this product. I might even get another color. I have the green clear and frosted green in back - nice

I'm between 4 and 5 stars on this case. FWIW, it's by far the best case I've tried on my Fold 4. My Spiegen case randomly broke on the front/top-right side. I ordered a Nillkin case for a week, but it just felt cheap. It would try to flex/slide off every time I'd open the phone. This one feels solid without being super bulky. As good or better than the Spiegen Slim Fit Pro case I had for 6 months. I like having the S-pen on the hinge vs the opposite side. Makes operating the phone a lot easier without the pen in the way. (If you're right handed like me) The hinge cover is solid. It isn't "automatic" like a Spiegen Slim Fit, but has a satisfying spring loaded "snap" when you close it. This is my first case with a built in screen protector. I like it. Does not hurt touch sensitivity. Not wild about part of the cover over the volume buttons. The button covers are stiff. The fingerprint reader cut out is perfect, though. I hated how my last case partially obstructed the power/fingerprint button. The case material feels solid/quality, but is a little bit slick. Due to the hinges on the hinge cover, you have to line up the phone "perfectly" on a flat wireless charger. Not a fan of that, but it's easy to get used to, I guess. All in all, good case, especially for the price.

So far so good. I've had this case for 2 weeks now and it's been on my Fold 4 since I received the phone. I don't carry things in my pockets, so the plastic isn't getting a lot of abrasion, but it is so far free of scratches from setting it on tables, walls, etc. The front screen cover doesn't interfer with touches. The clear on the case let's my phone color come through (I got the Red that was only available from Samsung, although it's more like a pink). It provides full coverage for the phone, and the front lip is raised enough to prevent the front screen from hitting the ground. On the rear, it is thick enough to protect the camera bump on the fold 4. It also didn't add as much bulk to the phone as I thought it would and I find the phone comfortable to use and carry. It's a heavy phone, and the case doesn't add a lot of weight to it. Another advantage is the pen holder gives a good place to hold the phone when it is unfolded, so you don't have to hold it with two hands. Other cases have a pen holder in the same location and would provide this same benefit. I have a Samsung trio wireless charger and the phone is able to charge wirelessly through the case. All of the cutouts for microphones, cameras, charging line up properly. Cons The raised edge on the front makes it difficult to activate the side bar. A cutout where the side bar is would be helpful and a good improvement. The hinge makes the phone not lie flat. This is a problem when using wireless charging because it makes it a bit fiddly - you have to get the phone in the right place for it charge (maybe this is more of a Samsung Trio charger issue...I'm not sure). If you use a charging cable that has a thick end, the case may block it. I have a USB-C charging cable I can't use for this reason. That's really more of a cable vendor issue for making such a chunky cable. The case itself is smooth and so a little slick. Overall, a good case - making a sidebar cutout and reducing the hinge size somehow would make it a really great choice for the Fold 4.

Just received it tonight so maybe it's too early to write a review but it seems solid so far. I'd watch the video or read the instructions that came with the case 1st though. It's not hard putting it on but I'd put the front part on 1st. It puts a tad bit weight on it but not much more than the phone weighed before. I don't normally drop my phone so I have no clue how it would do if it took a tumble but it seems to fit securely. I also bought a fold pen and it fits like a glove in the side of the phone since there's a little compartment there. It doesn't seem to pop out so I don't think I'd worry about losing the pen. I'll give it a few more days to see how the case does but I like it so far. I also looked on Google to find best cases for z fold 4 and this brand name popped up. It's not as expensive as the more popular brand names so I thought I give it a try to save on $. I am updating since I had this for 3 days now. As much as I like it it's a fingerprint magnet. Been trying to find a case without the protective cover in the front. Only 1 I found so far is $89 and I won't pay that much. If you don't clean it it looks like you ate greasy chicken. Lol If there was a way to cut the screen out I would but there's no way to without ruining it. Still like the case except the screen.

Comparing this to Samsung's best case for this so far is revealing. Got that stand up case with pen as part of new phone promotion. Glad to get the pen, but that case has problems: 1) pen carrier on back, though switchable with a stand, gets in the way though phone is narrower/easier to hold if your hand is small. 2) front part of that case offers NO protection, and even the outer rim of it which is sort of glued on comes off far too easily. In comparison this iBlason Cosmo (clear): 1) Offers far more protection overall, enough to protect from front or rear impacts while not terribly bulky. The clearness of the case is excellent and it looks smaller than it is. 2) Protects the jewel-like metal hinge and stores the pen safely at the cost of greater width. (those who say it bends the pen tips are putting the pen in backwards; the butt end is at the bottom and goes in first. Once done, the tip fits into the upper end that does not bend but protects the tip. 3) Offers front protection with a clip-on rim that actually stays on AND a very useable screen protector. About that protector: Many consider plastic protectors like this poor quality compared to tempered glass, but they actually protect the Victus+ glass better because of superior shock absorption. Though I admit it is an unsightly fingerprint magnet when the phone is not illuminated. But when the screen is ON, the prints DISAPPEAR. I've been surprised at how well it works. Applied with the front phone casing, there are no bubbles or other visible flaws at all, and its touch sensitivity is excellent, especially after increasing the touch sensitivity using the phone's settings under Display. Highly recommended, provided your palm is large enough to allow secure handling of this case's additional width and you can ignore the messy look of the front screen protector -- visible ONLY when the phone is not illuminated at all. (Does not show up in either light or dark modes.) This protector is in all functional ways, surprisingly great.

This is the 3rd different case I have tried for this phone and it is hands down the best. It has a very good feel to it, a nice solid heft. It feels very secure in the hands, and feels very much like it will protect the phone. It looks real nice as well. It is a very satisfying case to hold and look at, and it seems as if the third time is the charm.

Did not fit my samsung galaxy z fold 4 phone... struggled for 10 minutes to try and put it on ... used force and nope Does not properly fit . I thought it was defective, so I returned and ordered another and same issue . ... don't waste your time or money .... sad because it's the only clear case I found that is actually nice and sturdy .

The case is decent. I have no issues with the back part at all. There are a few minor issues that I discovered. 1. The hinge that opens the s pen allows the pen to move around up/down and isn't snug. Not a huge issue but if you shook the case a bit you would hear and feel it sliding. 2. The screen protector is decent but doesn't adhere to the screen so sometimes you can hear sound it makes when it hits up against the screen when you are tapping on it. You cannot easily remove the screen protector. Even if you did, it is unlikely that you can use your own as the case borders are thick. I had an extra screen protector which allows generous space for cases and even that one wouldn't fit if I somehow took the built in one off. 3. The case creaks a lot. It is not completely form fitting to the phone so when you grab it by the sides or press again the bottom, you hear the material crackle as there are very small gaps. With all of these issues, it's still good for the price as other cases that hold the spen in the hinge cost double. $40 isn't cheap though so I wish it was made a little sturdier.

Bad fit,big and clumsy

This is the second one of these I ordered. I like the case, but I had to cut the screen protector out because it had little dots on it and they were driving me crazy. Then I ordered the same case in a different color for my mom and was shocked to find that I didn't need to cut out the screen protector because there weren't any dots. So I thought, "maybe they fixed the problem" and ordered my second one of these green cases. It shows up, I I open it, remove the protective film... DOTS!!! What is going on?!?!

Top Verarbeitung, geht kaum besser. Das case dürfte durch TPU an den Rändern auch einen Sturz aus 1m50 Höhe unbeschadet überstehen. Hervorragender integrierter Displayschutz, mit top Sensitivität. Ich mag diese Displayschutzfolien eigentlich nicht, aber diese integrierte Lösung ist sehr gut gelungen. Wer das nicht mag: es gibt ein hervorragendes Case ohne Displayschutzfür ca 10 Euro mit identischer Konstruktion und Materialzusammensetzung der Halbschalen. Das könnte man dann noch kaufen und die Oberschale austauschen. (Der Scharnierschutz ist nur an der unteren Schale befestigt.)
