I had a cable break on my Hoist weight machine. I'd replaced this cable before with a manufacturer one at the cost of $90. I thought I could do it myself, this stuff was great and work just like I thought it should. Make sure you have good cutters since this stuff is tough and figure out what ends you need. Found this easy to use. It is flexible enough that it runs through pulleys easily and the sheathing is strong enough to make clamping the ends easy and secure. I have 4 lengths of the cable each with 45 pound weights, operating outside for just on 18 months now.

I bought this for my home gym. That is about 20 years old. First time replacing the cables has decent build quality good functionality durability is just OK. I’ve had it for about six months and the plastic casing has already starting to peel off. That’s why I gave it four stars instead of five it does fit well in between the cams overall good value for the money you get a lot of cable.

Used this to replace the cables on my Image 5.2 system. You need to have appropriate swage tools, parts, and competencies to create terminal connections. If you do, this cable worked excellently to refurbish my exercise equipment.

Good product replacement for the original commercial gym equipment. I would recommend nothing smaller than the 5mm. Next time I’ll order the 6mm. Nice 7x19 core and tough coating. Fast delivery.
