I cleaned the area. I had a room separator that were higher than it should’ve been. I took it off and I laid this down and it worked beautiful. It looks nice and it stays right where you put it.

We replaced our carpet with hardwood and unfortunately the transition to tile just didn’t look good. This was a simple way to make the transition look nicer. The angles were a little tricky but we are happy with it overall. It was simple to cut with scissors and simply peel and lay down. The adhesive is excellent. We unfortunately had to replace a wood piece and peeling this up was pretty tricky. If you peel it up you most likely will not be able to reuse it. So once you lay it be ready to commit. great product overall!

Excellent product!! I had repairs completed in minutes. This was used in a main walkway front entrance on a medical facility with wheel chairs and walkers passing over transition strip constantly. This product is standing up to the high traffic area.

When I installed new flooring in my office, I listened to the recommendations of a technical advisor from the company who manufactured my flooring. He told me that it would be best if I left a transition at the doorway of each exam room, even though the company information did not have a maximum length of continuous flooring. I thought that might be a good idea in case the flooring in a particular area was damaged. I would be able to remove it without having to remove a large section of flooring in another area. However, I am on a concrete slab and the transitions that the company recommended I use did not work well. They were a little difficult to install and they were easily knocked out of place when a patient would come up to it with their walker or their wheelchair and get nervous and slam into it several times rather than try to work their walker or wheelchair over it easily. My flooring had about a three-quarter to 1 inch gap between rooms as recommended by the manufacturer for their transition. This product was able to spend that gap, and even though it is firmly adhered to both sides, it doesn’t stick fully to the concrete below due to the flooring thickness. I feel that will still give a little room for motion in the flooring, even though the manufacturers written installation instructions did not say that a transition is required. These are as low as you can get from a height and the wheelchair and walker patients don’t seem to get his nervous around them and no one has been able to knock went out of place yet however, even if they do, the product is inexpensive, and very easy to work with and I would be able to replace them without much trouble they are much cheaper than the manufacturers recommended hard transition piece. They also look better than metal transition strips which require screws into the concrete beneath them. I wish they had some different colors because it is very noticeable when you see the flooring in the transition if you pay attention to that. I will try to post some photos with this product and with the regular transition which I still used in non-patient areas

It does what it says it will - sticks to the floor. Easy to cut to size. Recommend.

this is a great solution for floor strips instead of metal or hard plastic. looks good, easy on the feet.

It's pricey but does the job, is easy to put on, is good quality, looks good, and wow, it sticks, really sticks.
