I heard about this on a crafting video. I like adding phrases and sentiments of my own to my creative projects,, that I don’t always have premade stamps for. Individual alphabets are great for a variety of fonts and sizes. But not always easy to line up, leaving a sloppy look. This stamp is great, when you want a small block font, to stamp out whatever saying you want. Changing it every time. I look forward to getting different colored inks for it. I was surprised that the clunky looking tweezers worked well for grabbing a placing the letters. Inserting the ink took a bit of thought. No clear instructions. Just press the bottom up and line up the opening, and lock it into place. Then the ink cartridge will go in easily. Removing the cover over the ink, before inserting it, wasn’t intuitive either, but easy once you get it. Then easily stamp away.

I have an extensive book collection, if ya know ya know hahaha, anyhow i wanted to keep track of my books when I loaned them out and this was perfect! It is a bit meticulous to get the little letters on the thing but once it's there it's sturdy and now all of my precious books are labeled in the cover to show who they belong to. Any new books I get i just stamp them and put them away into my endless TBR shelf. Great product and can be switched up for other uses, like my daughters graduation announcements I'll soon be mailing out, im not crying I promise, ok maybe a little. But this thing is 100 percent worth it.

This is great I can use it to fill out my personal information i.e. my name and important dates on documents and it looks neat and professional. The font size is very readable and there is no smudging, nicely price and easy to use.

Works as described

This stamp may not be easy to set up because the letters are very small and really hard to identify, but I generally like the stamp. There are just a few thinks to keep in mind and some things that may help you setup this stamp. The tweezer is not helpful and way to big. I used a very pointy one that could get the individual pieces out of the tray. The first step is to use your phone to take pictures of the 2 trays with letters. This way you can enlarge them and look up where the letters are that you need. The second step is to mark the middle of the stamp surface on the top and bottom edge by using a ruler. Step 3 is to think about the layout of the words you want to stamp and make them center. The reason I suggest centering the wording is because I noticed that the corners have less ink. The edges and corners are also the first locations where the ink pad will be dryer so center gives you the best result. Step 4 is to put the letters in the groves and make sure all letters are facing face up and not in an angle. Tap them lightly with your fingers. Step 5 is to make sure the letters are straight. When they are all flat, that does not mean they are straight. Since the rubber is flexible, it is possible that the top is more to the left or right than the bottom. Do not use the ink pad until you are done. Everything will be covered in the ink, if you do the changes after you made a test stamp. If you do need to make changes, and you have already used the ink pad, take the ink pad out and clean the stamp until there is no ink coming of of it. (Stamp without the ink pad until you don’t see any letters anymore). Other than that, I would recommend this for custom text stamp.

I was buying a return address stamp - which I've done several times over the years. But this one is the WORST thing I've ever bought. You have to physically put on each letter than you want on this stamp. And then you get ink all over your hands doing it. I threw it away immediately!!! It's awful and horrible!!! I hope no one ever buys it again!

Just a FYI: This is basically old school. And is not worth it for someone with bad eye sight and with bad hand pain. The overall product is ok, but I would get a custom stamper that is already done for me next time. This took me about an hour and a half to just put the letters/address in and to put them in correctly, it was very difficult to know which way each letter goes and in what direction. it took me several attempts. I can only say, never again.

This is the stuff!, simple to use, no need for fancy designs that take forever to be mailed. Love the packaging, the IKEA style instructions aren't the best but are workable (just look at them a couple times).
