Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great product! Reduced my Ac1 from 7.1 to 6.3

I wasn't sure what to expect, but with 1 capsule I noticed I had a lot more energy. Great product, it has an amazing blend I am very happy with it. I highly recommend this one as it is rich in anti-oxidants and Quercetin which is an anti-senolyitic. Lower your dose if you have any issues. Dosing: My sister took 2 capsules at once and did have digestive issues. I think you're supposed to space out your doses though? My Dad takes 2 capsules a day and has no issues. I only take 1 capsule instead of 4 as some of the ingredients are estrogenic (quercetin, grape-extract resveratol, blueberry extract). Some estrogen is good for maintaining your bone strength. I am very sensitive to estrogenic products, too much affects my mood.

I read online that this supplement helped to restore muscle functions. I am 83 and my muscles just are not the same as when I was in my 40s and 50s. Constant tightness regardless of stretching. Within two days of taking this supplement, along with some very strange feelings throughout my body, my muscles just loosened up. Such a difference. Maybe it's my imagination that things have improved, but it has seemed to be a nice benefit.

This is my second purchase of this product. I started off really liking it however, when the second lot came, it was completely different from the first. The second lot smelt like it been saturated in perfume. It was a completely different color and the taste is so strong and floral that is really hard to take, and it keeps coming back on me. For this reason, I’m no longer taking the product and I wouldn’t buy it again. I like the ingredients I like the value for money, but I just couldn’t get past the quality of the second product.
