What is the difference between 0-3 month and 3+ month soothie pacifiers?

No it is very flexible, and confortable. 3m+ the base is little more hard than 0-3m.

Will this cause dental issues?

The package was open and the pacifiers don’t seem genuine! So disappointed. How am I supposed to give this to my baby if I don’t know where it’s been since it was already open when I received it! Such a waste..
