I’ve had these string lights for over a year now. I’ve left them strung up, connected by poles, all year long - spring/rain >summer >fall >winter/snow/ice>spring again. All bulbs worked for about 7 months really well. Then they began crapping out one-by-one. Today, a year after purchase, only about 1/2 of the bulbs still work. However, I checked and the sockets seem fine (just the bulb burned out). So I’m currently replacing bulbs with good success. I gave this only 4 stars because the overall durability is good with bright lighting but the bulb lifespan seems short. Would buy again.

The 2700K warm glow? It’s like bathing in a sunset while sipping overpriced rosé—cozy, classy, and just pretentious enough to make my neighbors jealous. Installation was so easy I almost felt insulted—like, come on, give me a challenge! The built-in hooks and sturdy cable laughed at my clumsy hands, and I had these up faster than you can say “outdoor ambiance.” Waterproof? Oh, please, these lights shrugged off a monsoon like it was a light drizzle, and the shatterproof bulbs are basically the Hulk of outdoor decor—no rock, gust, or rogue squirrel is taking them down. Dimmable, too, so I can dial down the vibe from “rave” to “romantic dinner for two” with the flick of a switch (dimmer not included, because apparently Brightever thinks I’m made of money). Energy-efficient LEDs mean I’m not selling my kidney to cover the electric bill, and the warm light is just right—not so bright it blinds the bats, but enough to make my backyard look like a five-star bistro. Sure, a couple of reviews whined about a bulb or two DOA, but mine were all glowing like my ego after a good hair day. If these lights were a person, they’d be that effortlessly cool friend who shows up to every party looking flawless. Looks nice in the daytime actually and great at night. It does bring just the right brightness for your outdoor party. Have extra twisty ties with you on hand. They provided some zip ties, but I only wanted to hang up temporarily, so I used twisty ties.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. So many of the bulbs weren't working on the first use and more started to burst after a few days. Delivery took more than 3 weeks too! Utterly ridiculous.
