Specials Forces Meets Nerf
This is definitely the highest quality nerf gun I have bought. This gun shoots darts hard enough to leave quarter sized welts on skin when standing less than 25 feet away. The gun has a tendency to jam when firing in quick succession, but I am still giving it five stars because it’s avoidable if you learn how to use this blaster properly. If you do jam the blaster, there is a release on the barrel to easily retrieve the shell.

Awesome gun. Very powerful. Doesn’t jam.
For everyone complaining about the gun jamming. It’s because you have to pull the cocking mechanism back, put the magazine in, then push the cocking mechanism forward, and you’re ready to fire. In other words.. priming it. This will solve your issue, and it’ll no longer jam. Most nerf guns won’t even allow you to put a mag in unless you prime it first. This gun is extremely powerful, and quite painful. Feels very comparable to getting shot by an air soft gun if you get shot at close range. It comes with a weaker spring that you can switch out, but it weakens the power of your shot significantly. So it’s a choice of two extremes. Nerf on crack, or nerf being nerfed. Overall very high quality gun, that is well worth the money. Definitely the top of the line, and most powerful “nerf” gun out there. Dart zone did a great job with this one.

This thing is tits
Great gun to play with, target shoot, and start gun safety training with a youngin especially if you live in a less rural area. Excellent range and surprisingly accurate for a dart gun

Fun, great, imperfect
This is a lot of fun. Overall, I’d say it works great. It feels great in my hands. It feels sturdy with regular use (unlike the YouTubers who look like they are trying to break it and complaining it flexes). But it has some jamming issues. There is a dart guide to prevent jams it seems that instead causes more jams. It’s just not designed quite right. But it doesn’t have a problem if I slide the priming handle half closed before inserting half dart magazine. So I like it pretty well.

Top of the Line: Not for children!
I bought this gun for an art project, and it is amazing. Grips are rubber, internals metal, it feels really powerful to use and shoot, and I can say this for a fact it hits hard! The box comes with two mags, a few darts, a stock, goggles and even a spare spring! If you are a teenager or an adult who enjoys the hobby buy this gun! If you have children do not! They will get seriously hurt! The goggles were not put in to sweeten the deal, if you get hit in the eye it's going to suck!

Pros and cons...
First off, the good things about this gun. It's very cool looking, has good sights, and comes with 2 clips for quick reloading. It's compatible with Nerf magazines and scopes, as well as some scopes from off-brand foam blasters. Overall, it's very sturdy and would do well in a Nerf battle. Secondly, the middle ground. It comes with 30 short darts, which is just enough to fill both magazines with no bullets left over. This is good because the short darts are more aerodynamic than the standard bullets, and the short dart-holding magazines are easier to reload; it's bad because the short darts can get lost easily, especially if you've got a couple of kitties at home. This has an easy fix though: just order some more darts along with the blaster, but that's an extra cost along with this 92$ gun. In addition, this gun is extremely powerful. While that may seem like a good thing at first, it literally made a window spiderweb when shot at. This can be negated by either swapping the stronger and weaker springs, or by just not shooting at windows. Lastly, the negatives. The magazine release button is pretty far back, so you have to use your trigger hand to unload a magazine, but this isn't a problem if you only use the 'katana' clips provided with the magazine adapter; it's only an issue with full size mags. Finally, and probably my worst gripe with this, is about the priming mechanism. This gun requires you to be Strongman to cock it back. I am not kidding. This isn't a problem if you are Strongman, though. While it may be excruciating to cock back, by pointing the gun at the ground, it'll slip back and cock, which is detrimental to the time it takes to reload, since you have to pull it back yet again. What really did it for me though was the fact that the "tactical foregrip" on the front actually is how you prime it. It's very sad how you can't act like you're playing Stalker and load an extra bullet for a total of 16. You can't pull the magazine out until you pull the grip back. Ideally, the perfect Nerf-like gun would be one that has a space for scopes on the top, that comes with a flashlight or laser pointer to put on the side (with a the means to put them there), that comes with multiple magazines, that is very powerful but the power can be dialed down, that has an accessible magazine release, that comes with multiple (preferably short) darts with enough to spare, and that is primed in such a way that not only is it easy to cock back, but also that the magazine can be taken out even when it is primed and ready to shoot. Now, a lot of these ideals are defining traits of this gun. I'm not a Nerf gun designer, so I don't know if it would be easy to make a gun like this, but man, would that be cool! I gave this gun three stars, but I wish there was a three-and-a-half option, because it's good, just is missing a couple key parts. If you don't mind these negatives that I put, then this is probably the gun for you. This is my honest opinion.

On sale it’s a great value
I personally have not had any issues with this blaster, and it is a steal at its current $40 price. I’ve seen all the reviews with jam issues, but have not experienced a single jam myself. Now, the reviews say the jams happen when you run it very fast, but I don’t use pump springer blasters that way. If I want to shoot quickly, I use a semi-auto flywheel blaster, or one that is full auto. There are also complaints about the stock flexing too much; but that also isn’t a problem if you are trying to fire 5 darts a second. So, in conclusion, if you are someone who doesn’t try to run a pump action blaster as fast as you can fire a semi-auto one, I think you’ll be more than happy with this blaster. The build quality is good, and you can easily replace the stock if you don’t like the included one.
