Review: Strong but too big… - This thing sucks. I mean it really sucks. Hard. It has a much larger and stronger motor than the standard sized unit. Sadly, I had to buy both, since the seller didn’t think exterior dimensions were important to list in the description. So I had to buy both, knowing the standard sized unit would work if this one wouldn’t fit. It wouldn’t, so I had to go through the nonsense of returning it for credit. This is a great unit, if you have room for it. But it is 5 or 6 inches tall. It will not fit under a standard kitchen cabinet, in the toe kick, information that SHOULD have been in the description. 5 stars for the unit. One star for the vendor for a) not listing probably the most important information, and b) also not responding to inquiry.

**Q: Faceplate of the bigkick is 5", too tall for under my cabinets.  or can cabinet be modified?  is the slv-sl faceplate smaller?**
A: The average toe kick is 3.5" so this won't work, we had custom cabinets built to acomodate. This could be installed to the side of a cabinet, should you have one exposed.
