This brand of Arnica is all I buy. My arms bruise so easily ( sucks getting older) so I was told about this product and tried it and loved it! It takes a while to heal from these bruises but this product works and helps heal in half the time! Love it

I had nasal surgery and was told by the surgeon to start taking them 5 days prior to my surgery to minimize the bruising and swelling. When I went back two days later, he was amazed how little bruising I had. The swelling was there and since I’ve never had this type of surgery or known anyone who’s had it, I didn’t have anything to compare it to and say if it was actually less swelling than normal or not. Definitely worth the value.

I always take this before surgery or anything that may cause bruising. It’s hard to tell if it works or not but I never bruise as bad as I’d think so I guess that’s good. Minus one star because you have to take a lot of these pellets

I purchased this to use before a Botox appointment because I ALWAYS bruise and I end up having to make excuses as to why my face is bruised. Not after using this! Holy sugar cookie. Like, NO bruising. A little yellow at day 3 but other than that it was flawless. I started using it 2 days before my appointment. The day of my appointment I took the 5 pellets about 6 times and I also used arnica Montana topical cream. I cannot tell you how happy I am. I’ve tried other versions of this stuff, but the bruise pellets are where it’s at!
