In fact, in about 6 hours of trying overall, it worked for about 10 minutes. We purchased a powered-USB plug to help support its use which was suggested. It still did not work. I contacted technical support and went through all the steps they said to try - still did not work. Very disappointed in and frustrated with, this camera, which was the suggested one to purchase by the interactive software company.
