Very heavy duty, Flip back into place and stay, aesthetically look pretty nice. Very well made and just the right size.

This door flip assist handle is very nice and easy to install. (Just make sure you install it on the wider part of door frame). I love how it flips up and flush with the door frame. The magnet is very strong. I got it to help my Mom hold on while stepping up from garage to kitchen. She loves it.

Perfect for tight space where stability needed walking through doorway or down step
It was easy to install, very sturdy & fold up out of the way when not needed. I installed it on the door frame but be sure to put it above where the door handle is with the door shut so you can open or close door after going through it. Very convenient handle for balance going up or down one or two steps.

I think this is better than a long handle
I installed this at my mother in law's house, and I personally think it's more convenient than a long handle. It tucks neatly out of the way when she doesn't use it, and she told me that it's a bit low, so I'm going to move it higher. That is super easy. Four screws. That's it. You don't need a long handle taking up space for ne reason. This is compact and out of the way when not in use.

Excellent for injury assistance
Broke my leg and needed something to grab on to when stepping up to the landing and then stepping inside with my crutches. It made me feel very secure having my crutch in one hand and the other on this stable handle. Discreet and easy enough to install and remove. Installed on the inside of the door jamb
