The Grossan Hydro Pulse Sinus System is the first pulsating system specifically for nasal and sinus irrigation. Not just a cleanse or rinse, the pulsating action is clinically proven to make your sinus cilia - the body's first line of defense against contagions, pollen, and foreign matter - work better. Invented by MD specialist Murray Grossan, this is the serious but pleasant way to good sinus health in a medically recognized (covered in dozens of medical journal articles) but drug-free way. Featured in Time Magazine's Best Inventions Report. Elevated pollen got you down? The Hydro Pulse restores sinus cilia to good health so they can rapidly eliminate pollen from the body - without expensive drugs and their side effects. This is a pleasant treatment done at home, designed to be super-gentle, especially when used with our Breathe-ease solution. Over a quarter of a million users, as young as six years old. Pots, bulbs, other methods might "clean" your nose, sort of - but they're messy, difficult to use, and do not pulsate. Pulsate irrigation is different; it actually restores your own body's health maintenance system, the sinus cilia. The Hydro Pulse is also convenient - never messy - always gentle and pleasant. The unit does all the work for you, our convenient thumb switch makes it easy. Bonus: Fresher Breath. The Hydro Pulse System includes a three-way advanced breath freshening system. Research shows that breath problems come from the nose and throat (not the stomach as is commonly thought.) Our system includes a special tip for complete breath control. System includes: Base unit, 2 Sinus tips, 2 Throat tips/integral tongue cleaners (for breath control), and complete instructions. ## Features - Gentle, pleasant, and effective relief - machine does the work - Takes only 3 minutes to use and you feel great right away - The only system purpose-built for pulsatile sinus irrigation - Proven to make your sinus cilia work better - without drugs - Three-way breath control with throat and tongue cleanser (included) - Unit support USA volts which is 110v/120v. Do not use water above 100.5° F ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000H84D2G | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #509,270 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #1,383 in Sinus Medicine #6,702 in Sales & Deals | | Brand | NeilMed | | Brand Name | NeilMed | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 out of 5 stars 741 Reviews | | Flavor | Original | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00613368120251 | | Item Dimensions | 7 x 4.75 x 7 inches | | Item Weight | 2.4 pounds | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 7 x 4.75 x 7 inches | | Manufacturer | Grossan | | Manufacturer Part Number | Hydro Pulse | | Model Number | Hydro Pulse | | Net Content Count | 1 count | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Type Name | Box | | Product Benefits | Breath Control | | Specific Uses For Product | Sinus Pressure | | Target Use Body Part | Nose | | UPC | 613368120251 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 1 year | ## Product Details - **Brand:** NeilMed - **Item Weight:** 2.4 pounds - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 7 x 4.75 x 7 inches - **Product Benefits:** Breath Control - **Specific Uses For Product:** Sinus Pressure ## Images ![Hydropulse by Dr Grossan - Multi-Speed Electric Pulsating Nasal Sinus Irrigation System, 1 count - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51WV0XvzBcL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: why so many reviews on this product are fake all posted on same day or just 1 review seems odd** A: The reviews are not the only thing fake the product and images on this page have nothing to do with the old Grossan hydropulse and the product reviews. Amazon should not allow their customers to be deceived like this. Customers can google Grossan Hydropulse and see the difference or look at the video on the bottom of the product page and see they are two different products. Neilmed is trying to benefit from the better reviews on a different product with a similar name. This is a scam and not right. **Q: I bought this in 2008. Do the newer units (2014) have the same crappy power button as the old one?** A: I bought one in 2010, and the power button failed in May 2014. My 2014 unit just failed -- again power button.FEB 2017 EDIT: I had another identical (I thought) failure of a mid-2015 purchase. I disassembled the thing. Conclusion: The mechanism that converts the motor's rotary motion to reciprocating motion to power the pump just wore out -- after a little more than 18 months of daily service. The mechanism was binding. I guess that's the cost of having clean nasal passages. **Q: Do you know which is better, Grossan Hydro Pulse Nasal and Sinus Irrigation System or SinuPulse Elite Advanced Nasal Sinus Irrigation System and why?** A: SinuPulse and they have great customer service **Q: Can this also be used as both a nasal irrigator and a type of water pik?** A: Funny but the hydroPulse is a low end oral irrigator that is just sold with nasal tips instead of oral tips. It was never designed specifically as a nasal irrigator that's a lie --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/4628244-hydropulse-by-dr-grossan-multi-speed-electric-pulsating-nasal-sinus](https://www.desertcart.co.th/products/4628244-hydropulse-by-dr-grossan-multi-speed-electric-pulsating-nasal-sinus) --- *Product available on Desertcart Thailand* *Store origin: TH* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
