Review: Perfecto Review: I’ve only use a couple times over the standard knife jig but haven’t 100% seen the value in it over the normal jig yet. I had a longer knife that was very think that even this wasn’t holding well and allowed extra tip flex where I thought this added size would avoid. In fairness though the knife would have been a challenge in anything given the cheaper quality most likely. For the higher end knives though where size isn’t an issue I haven’t been able to really use this over the standard jig with any noticeable benefit noticed yet.
