Works wonderfully well.
We had a bathroom remodel back in 2020. And after about 6 months, a couple of tiles started shifting and breaking out the grout. This resulted in the tile coming a bit loose. I pulled the time and replaces the mastic, reseated it, allowed to dry and then re-grouted… about 8 months later the same issue with the tile flexing and popping upstarted. I decided to try Fix a Tile instead of going through the entire process again. While the recommendation is to drill a couple pilot holes in the grout, I decided to dremel out all of the grout to ensure the best fill possibilities for the Fix a Tile. I also purchased a syringe kit for this. The description is exact. The product is the consistency of Elmer’s glue. I used the syringe to inject the product into the grout lines and it wicked under the tiles in the problem areas. I used a bout an1”x3” syringe full for the areas. I then weighted the tiles. 24 hours later the floor felt more solid than when it was installed in 2020. I re-grouted the floor and it had been wonderful ever since. I wish I would have gone with Fix a Tile the first time I repaired the floor.

Time saver and easy to use on tile
I am a builder and was so happy to find this product. I had one tile that rock a bit but was not broke. I ordered this product over the winter and I was afraid that it might have froze on my front porch. I order another tube for peace of mind. I didn't not want to take the chance of it freezing and not working. I had watched a couple of online videos to eliminate any problems. The adhesive comes out liquidy. I had all the holes (4-5) drilled in the grout and cleaned/vacuum. I used gravity from the caulk gun for the most part. I did not have to squeeze much on caulk gun. It sure beats taking up tiles to fix. Really good product. Side note - I went looking in Lowes for the product and the sale rep laughed and said no such product exist.

Really works!
I will do DIY to save money and learn along the way. I tiled our bathroom floor and for the most part there's been no issues except for one area where we installed the vanity. The adhesive wasn't set enough and the weight of the vanity jiggled it loose. The grout would crack and you'd hear it creak. But with the vanity leg over part of it, it would be impossible to remove the tile and redo it. This solves that problem. Now it's fixed and not moving. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the glue was dried out at the base of the nozzle and wouldn't come out. When I squeezed, it came out back of the caulk gun and was a bit messy. I ended up finding a thin enough drill bit and was able to drill through the hardened glue and was back in business. Thankfully I could cut off enough of the tip so my bit could fit and reach the hardened part.

watch the how-to videos
This stuff was amazing, saved us so much time and money. It is shockingly simple. It truly is as easy as the videos show. I read someone was not happy about how runny it is, if you put your finger over the tip as you move from hole to hole, it will eliminate any leakage from the caulk gun. We bought a house where the previous owners had installed outside court yard tiles throughout the entire house. We are using it as a rental, so decided to keep them. The grout under the kitchen section had come loose- a large area. it is now a solid floor again, no pulling up tiles. Literally the hardest part was drilling thru the grout and that wasn’t even really hard. Watching the video is essential and weighting down the area for 24 hours-patience is a virtue people.

Test your product before injection
I bought two of those to fix a loosing tile in the kitchen. Unlike what most of reviews says, when I opened the bottle, the glue was just thick like tooth paste. It can hardly flow on any surface ! And then I tried another bottle, it was the same !! Not sure if that's just my bad luck, or the whole batch of product in the warehouse had gone bad. I squeezed some of the "tooth paste" on a piece of paper to test, and it had almost ZERO adhesion.

Tube exploded/Replacement sent
Horrible. Couldn't get glue out of container. When I squeezed the tube a little to see if the glue was hard, the bottom burst out and all the glue went on my rug. Can't tell if it works or not since I never got a chance to use it. Disappointed. Cut small tip off and even tried inserting a small nail to make sure glue could flow. No luck. Update: I contacted the company and they offered to send a replacement tube. They said to make sure you do the following before using. First you need to make sure the tube itself has been opened (unscrew tip off the tube & pierce a hole to open & screw tip back on), If too much pressure is applied when injecting the adhesive or if you are pressing the tip down onto the subfloor when filling it can blow out the back. Will update again after I try.

5 starts all around
I recently spent $11,000 to have a porcelain installed in my kitchen and foyer. The installers worked really hard for 4 days when the salesman labeled it a 2 day job. The installers were pressured to finish and worked 14 hrs on the last day a Sunday and had a new job Monday morning. In their haste they made a few errors. Rather than going after them, I decided I could repair the loose tiles. I found your Fix-a-Floor online and watched the brief video. I gave it a shot plus used the rest on other tiles that were loose plus installed a threshold of aluminum. The process went as easy as the video showed. The milky thin adhersive had me worried but it helped fill in all the voids under the loose tiles. I placed weighted water buckets on the ties and waited 24 hours as instructed. Cleaned the excess adhesive that excreted from under the tiles and the adhesion was amazing. 5 stars all around for Easy use, Thickness and adhesion. I will come back in a year or two if it does not hold but I feel like its rock solid. Thanks very much. excellent fix.

Had various loose floor tiles which resulted in cracked grouting. Purchased 1 tube to try and it worked well, resulting in buying 4 more. It is surprising how much of this white runny glue can be pumped via the little holes into the underside of loose tiles. One tube does not go far. There is a certain amount of waste where the glue gets pushed out of other holes or cracks, and when moving the nozzle from one hole to the next. Make sure a sponge and bucket of water is on hand to wipe up the excess. I thought from the description that the glue expands into the voids and would cause the tiles to lift when setting but this did not appear to be the case. Although the tubes are quite expensive it is a quicker solution to lifting each tile, removing the old glue and relaying which would probably resulted in a broken tile which would then be a bigger problem. As my grout had cracked, I ended up removing the grout and refilling to hopefully end up with a permanent fix. (Use a multitool with a diamond grout removal blade, and the comes out easily and quickly. ). As the instructions say, do not apply to much pressure to the mastic gun other wise the glue will leak into the plunger chamber. Be careful when cutting of the end of the tube to open it as the glue will pour out. Do it with the hole facing upwards and no where near the bedroom carpet. As others have said it does look similar to ova glue, but very much thinner and runny, but it does the job quickly. Yes is an a happy punter.
