Love this bottle do you sell the sleeves separately please?

The sleeve comes with the bottle. But I found that the sleeve needs to be washed in order to lessen the strong silicone smell.

Is there any plastic/silicone on the inside of the stainless steel cap if so what is it made from please.

The cap is not stainless steel, it is one piece of Plastic.
