Can it do 24/7 constant recording？

Yes, but not recommended. Because this recording mode drains battery quickly. To save battery power, we sugget choose [Record when triggered mode], which means that it will only record when there are people or animals moving in the scene monitored.

Is it possible to connect 2.4G Hz or 5G Hz Wi-Fi?

This CB3 battery camera can only be connected to 2.4G Wi-Fi. So please do not select 5G Hz Wi-Fi during network configuration.
