Curl Revive Curl Hydrating Shampoo, 10 Fl Oz

I have been using AG Mousse Gel for a couple years. During that time I have been searching for a shampoo for my thin, fine, curly hair. I than tried AG Revive and am very pleased. The scent is mild but very pleasing. It is a minty/earthy scent. The shampoo prepares your curls for the Revive conditioner. The shampoo is creamy, not sticky. The shampoo paired with the conditioner and gel mouse create curls that scrunch into beautiful curls that hold even into day 3 curls. The hold on day 3 is not greasy and can be styled to look like wash day.

I have thick, permed hair with small ringlets. I need a product that will help keep my curls tight while also keeping my hair soft and healthy. My hair soaks up moisture. The shampoo and conditioner in this line do not give your hair slick on the shower. If anything, you'll feel like your hair is more coarse. BUT once it's styled and dry...you've never seen tighter locks with such sheen! Holy cow. And it last and lasts. Stuff is amazing. And you really need both the shampoo and conditioner. I've tried being cheap or swapping stuff, and nope. Not the same. It's awesome. R+Co makes a great line for curls too and does have amazing slick in the shower and your hair will feel like butter buuuut your curls will drop the same day. So maybe there's something to AG Hair, huh? Lol Works on mine and now I'm forced to spend the money on it lol

Very good product! Doesn’t have a bad smell, the texture and consistency are just right. The bottle doesn’t leak even when turned upside down. Left my hair feeling very good. Would purchase again. I have curly hair as well!

Mine came broken/ open liquid all over bottle and the bottle is half way. I paid $$$ for this oh no. I wanted my money back but have no time to return it.

I love this brand! My favorite is the scent: it’s lightly scented. I am prone to migraines so must have little to no scent with my hair and skin products. This shampoo is perfect! It also is great for everyday use: non-drying, doesn’t leave a residue or film, and just barely moisturizing so I can still use my leave-in conditioner and hair styling lotion without my hair becoming greasy by the end of the work day.

This did help to revive my natural curl, but it stripped the color from my hair. Not good since I had just spent $120 the day before at my salon. Expensive lesson.

I purchased AG shampoo & conditioner. I did not mind the scent, however I was greatly disappointed. I have naturally curly hair, these products left my curls, dry, frizzy & weighed down, with some sections straight, only having to wet my hair again and work hard to bring back the curls. I do not recommend this specific shampoo/conditioner. I had greater expectations with AG.....sadly failed. I must add that I am quite annoyed considering that I spent money on this one.

I started using this to minimize the inevitable bleach damage to my hair after highlights. Give it a chance to work and it does seem to help. Yes, I would purchase again. My only beef is that, with long hair, you use twice as much conditioner, and the conditioner bottles available are even smaller than the shampoo. :( "shrinkflation"?
