I buy the sixty-count package, which lasts for two months, costing approximately $15.50 per month. I consider this to be a good deal, as I believe it is of high quality due to its 60 billion CFU, which is quite substantial. If you are not familiar with the product, it is primarily intended for gut health. When I consume a particularly unhealthy meal, I will take two capsules; however, I typically take one each day with my dinner.
