Hat is adjustable from 21 1/2” to 24” approximately.

Do these work for sublimation heat transfer?

These would not be appropriate for sublimation. You need to have at least 50% polyester material to properly sublimate. They work just fine for HTV, however.

Would you consider these hats light weight or heavy weight? Comfortable in the summer?

Very heavy weight. Not light weight at all. Very well made and sturdy.
