Hi. It smells pleasant. Has a peachy scent. It has no taste. Like regular unflavored lip gloss. It is very creamy and smooth. As smooth as Vaseline but not thick or waxy. The color is just a hint of peach. I really like it.

Are there any oil based ingredients? Is there an ingredients list available? Thanks in advance.

If I recall correctly it is made in china but I really do like it. It's a very subtle natural color and moisturizing as well.
