Jiva Organic Bulgar Wheat - grown in the USA! It's delicious and just the right cut. Easy to cook and eat. I do 'cheat' and cook in my rice cooker so I don't have to watch it. Perfect for my use. It's a bit lighter and fluffier cooked in the rice cooker - and I personally like that. I cannot get a good quality bulgar locally - and I would totally purchase this brand happily. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. I have ordered this item many times with excellent results both in delivery, freshness and quality. Bulgur has almost replaced pasta in my house!

Where did I go wrong?
This was a new brand for me, and the reviews are positive. I must have done something wrong though I followed the instructions on the package. It was just tasteless mush.
