EASY installation. Looks and operates perfectly. NOTE: This handle has a deadbolt ONLY! The release knob does NOT lock from the inside or out.

Love the look and operation
The spousal unit wanted to update our contractor grade front door entry set and chose this model and finish. After six months we can say it still looks and operates great. If you've installed other locksets, this one wasn't any different and went smoothly for us. Would buy again.

Great Look
Great buy. Works better than one I paid almost twice as much for. I think the finish could be scratched off so I'm being careful with my keys. I believe the black finish would come off on any other brand as well. Its got a great look.

Now the keys don’t lock or unlock the door.
Yes. It looks great and it is easy to install but this is the second time I have had to raise another issue with this company’s product. I’ve owned and used it for 17 months and the first time I had to have an internal lock mechanism replaced because it didn’t open the door, now my keys cannot lock and unlock the door. I am using the master key that came with the door lock, so I can’t blame a replicate key as the problem. This should not be an issue with a company that claims the front door can withstand over 250K openings. Even at such an affordable price, it is not worth it.

Beautiful and easy to install!
A little iffy about buying the Satin Nickel, but it looks sooooo good. I installed it with no help, the instructions were spot on.Will be buying 2 more.
