I add 3/4 insoles additionally for my flat arches (I do this with all my shoes) and can walk around pain free, all day. Style Shoes were as pictured. I especially appreciated that the vamp comes up high enough that you can't see the toe "pits" Rubbing/blisters I got blisters from the edge of the vamp rubbing on the top of my foot when I first got these shoes. Wearing band aids over the areas rubbed prevented the blisters from worsening, and after a few weeks the flats were worn in enough that no bandaids were needed. I would highly recommend these flats. Despite the break-in period, they are the most comfortable flats I have ever owned without compromising style (evidenced by purchasing multiple colors!)
