Other reviews mention consistency and taste being issues I think this is their problem. After research 2 scoops is roughly 8.5 ounces or roughly 1 cup of Huel and I am using 1 cup of boiled water. This is a good curry consistency and good taste. Pros : Once you figure out the measurement it’s super simple to prep all of 6 minutes after boiling water for a couple bowls full. Good green curry, savory and a little spice. Very filling! I’d get this one again for sure.
