Happy Griller.
I was very impressed. Have bought this in the past and needed to replace again. IT’s obvious that the producer made improvements on the handles- better than the last time and better than the original. You can close the lid even with the pan raised to the top. Thank you to the producer for this improvement. I will definitely order again from this supplier. The quality of the product and materials were very good.

Works but not like the one from the factory
Tray fits in the 27 inch char griller, but the handles, aren't like the one you get from char griller. Lid will only close when the tray is at the lowest setting. Im sure you could bend them a little bit inwards and it might work at higher levels.

Product arrived damaged
Product arrived damaged, though there was no damage to the boxes it arrived in. Leads me to believe it was packaged already damaged. Annoying as I now need to paint the corner to avoid rest of paint peeling off. Overall quality is good, it fits perfectly into my Chargriller Super Pro. Even the handles fitted well (some previous comments that it didn’t). Have yet to use the product, thus can’t comment on longevity.

Muy útil pero llego dañado
Muy útil ya que me urgía cambiar el anterior, pero llego dañado, cabe mencionar que el daño no afecta el funcionamiento de este producto pero es un detalle a notar. Igual cabe mencionar cuando estés reemplazando es recomendable usar los ganchos originales ya que cuentan con una pequeña curva que ayuda a fijarse con mas facilidad.
