I don't have pictures, I have been using Bondi Sands for about a year now! I fake tan once a week, I have patches on my skin, and it leaves behind splotches. I used this product for the first time yesterday, when I would typically spend an entire week scrubbing off my previous self-tan to reapply. This product took most of it off my skin with just the first try. I definitely recommend buying it and using this product! You might just have to do a few different applications! But for the first time it worked great :)

We’ve all had situations using sunless tanner that we wish we could erase. This product is the one. It is subtle and just eases the color away so it blends better. The smell is great and it feels wonderful on my skin. It will not just wipe away the color and you may have to apply it more than once but it has saved me numerous times!

This worked well in conjunction of soaking in a tub and using a really great exfoliating glove. It’s hard to speak to what did the heavy lifting since I used a multi approach but this seemed to lift some of my old tan just soaking with this on my body in the bath before exfoliating. I can’t speak to doing this outside of a bath but it seemed to be helpful. It smells like hair dye though! My eyes were burning while I was rubbing it in and I think it gave me a bit of a rash but I have sensitive and dry skin so it’s possible it’s case by case.

I expected this to take my self tan right off. I still had to scrub my skin super hard and it didn’t take all the tan off. It also has a strong odor. I tried letting it sit for a while to see if it would work better and it didn’t make a difference. It’s like a soap so it’s sticky to sit in.

Bondi Sands Tan Remover is always my go-to. It works so well at removing old self-tan without harsh scrubbing and leaves my skin feeling smooth, not dry. I use it every time I need a fresh start, and it never disappoints. A must-have if you self-tan regularly!

Okay I have a LOT of thoughts about this product. First off yes it does stink.. almost smells like hair dye to me which makes you wonder what kind of chemicals you are rubbing all over your body. However, after a min or two the smell is gone so that’s not even my complaint. It just flat out does not work. Starting with the application the pump DOES NOT WORK. Horribleeeee design flaw. It comes out as a straight liquid and gets everywhere I had to hold it over a towel and keep trying to pump some liquid out. Who tests this stuff??? I had a bad self tanning experience with a new product I’m not familiar with and waited a few days to try this. The tan truly looks worse than it did before bc it didn’t remove it all so now I look even MORE splotchy. Even the areas where the self Tanner looked “decent” now looks SO BAD. I’m going to have to continue to re-apply this product 5 or so more times until all the self Tanner is off as well as scrubbing the absolute hell out of my skin! Truly not worth any penny spent. I’ll also note after rinsing off my skin feels very itchy— prob from whatever strong chemicals are in this stuff. I guess if you’re super desperate give this a shot but I’ll definitely be looking for something much more practical!

This is my first review on Amazon. I saw a lot of negative reviews for this product so I wanted to provide some tips. This product is great. I have a spray tan membership for versapro and I use this once a week to get my old tan fully off. It gets me back to baseline so my new tan looks even and fresh. Some tips: Before using this product exfoliate with a mitt vigorously the day before. I use the Ervidwear ones from Amazon. Leave this product on for at least 20 minutes. If you have a lot of tan to remove, you can leave on for longer and do 2 coats. When you shower use exfoliating gloves again to scrub it off. This will get you the best results.

This stuff really does work. I’m not sure if maybe the bad reviews were because they were trying to remove a brand new tan- if that’s the case- there really isn’t any product you can use for that without major scrubbing and you’re gonna need to leave this stuff on a LOT longer than 5 minutes.. For a tan that is not fresh, anything after a few days old- this stuff REALLY DOES the trick for easily removal! I used to spend hours every single week scrubbing off my old tan and reapplying. Such a tedious process. But now, I’m able to apply this product, throw on a loose robe/nightie and then sit and watch tv for another 15 minutes or so before i hop in the shower and exfoliate my tan off in minutes! I still definitely scrub a little bit l, especially on the dryer areAs...but I’m telling you, TRUST ME. This stuff has changed my life when it comes to the amount of time i was spending every week trying to remove my tan without it. TIP: I think it’s best to leave it on longer then it says to. I have not had any type of bad reaction from it and the longer i leave it on, the easier my tan comes off. Also, i typically will reapply to my hands and feet and arms about 5-10 min after the first application, before hopping in the shower or washing off the first application. This stuff will soaks in and so the second application is what works best in the areas that are typically harder to remove the tan from. I’m very pleased with this stuff and am going to continue to use it from here on out! Oh, and I’ve never used bondisands self tanner before... so yes, it will work with ALL brands of self tanners- and not just their own line! Hope this helps!
