Product definitely works but I have having constant diarrhoea after taking it. Just check once if its the same with you as well.

I take it along with 200mg of caffeine in morning, and no experience of lathergy in afternoon or evening time, I will be buying another stack, btw even Bruce Lee used to supplement himself with Inositol, that's how I came to know about it..
