I used 90mm plates but it was really just a waste of agar, These come in sealed10 packs , are sterile and are reasonably solid for what they are, and are a decent deal. I'll buy again Dont try no pour agar tek, it's not autoclave/pc safe as others seem to have found out the hard way lol
