Tikka Masala = Comfort food: Very nice and not that hot (a good mellow flavour)
Tikka Masala: Surprisingly good for a "pouch" meal. The ingredients are pretty real too. They are rated as 2/3 on the heat scale, but I found them mild - still a good flavour but maybe my heat tolerance is influenced by me living in Birmingham :-) Update: I'm continuing to enjoy these. I'd describe them as mild, but in a nice comforting way. When I'm feeling lazy, microwaving this along with a sachet of rice (check the Amazon brand ones - they are ok), makes for an easy and healthy meal. You can always add some extra veg, like a few frozen peas, or sprinkle some coriander on the top. When I describe it as mild, that's obviously subjective... but it certainly won't blow your head off. Also, I don't mean "mild" as in lacks flavour. There are plenty of interesting flavours going on, but it isn't hot chilli. It is a nice comfort food. Sometimes I add a bit of cheese on top if I'm being naughty :-) It is surprisingly good for a sachet and doesn't seem to have weird ingredients (in terms of chemicals). The Tikka Masala isn't restaurant quality, but it is certainly very decent for a pouch and a quick meal.

Plant power!
Really I was skeptical towards taste results of this product before purchasing but decide to try based on brand experiences. Really it works very well. The ingredients within are easily identifiable and satisfying in terms of taste and texture. Do not be under illusion that this is super spicy or anything because it isn't but for ideal snacking solution that focuses on using plant's resources, this is to be recommended for sure. Thanks

Tasty enough but portion sizes are wrong!
I'm a bit puzzled by Ben's packaging when it comes to complete meals. A regular portion would be 400g but Ben's ready meals come in 220-285g packets. For the 220g ones, I just eat 2 of them (bearing in mind that I'm paying double the cost of a single packet for a whole meal), but for the 285g ones that becomes a bit too much to eat, while 1 isn't sufficient. Though this Tikka Masala tastes really nice, it's one of the 285g packages which means I have to top up on something else which rather defeats the purpose of quick and ready meals. Generally though, they're still good value for money and quick and easy to prepare.

Really tasty
Love these! Mexican bean and the Moroccan ones are my faves. I add some bbq sauce to the sachet and mix and it’s gorgeous! Perfect for lunch or a quick dinner after gym. Great value when they’re on offer - Tesco sometimes has 4 for 3 but when these are £8-10 for 6 it’s better value to get on here! Recommended

Sadly, these were not my taste

Great rice
Enjoying this product, have been using it as an accompaniment to chicken for a meal. Much better than usual microwave rice.

Delicious
Absolutely delicious. Quite spicy, surprisingly! I bought it on offer, if j could afford it I would buy it more often. So easy and quick, but I think it’s quite expensive for a multipack of pouches. Then again, food is ridiculously expensive so it may be just me still being horrified at the costs!
