It is a great supplement ,, I have MTHF deficiency and the first 3 purchases I was extremely happy, energized and happy.. but after awhile I got tired of the taste…. I wish there was a MTHF with no gelatin or flavor… I wish there was more flavors, I would buy…. It’s a good size, it lasts a long time and it didn’t upset my stomach at all! I might give it a time and comeback to it

I recently discovered that I can’t take regular vitamins because my body doesn’t process them like it’s supposed to so I have to get the methylated version of all of my vitamins so that my body can actually absorb and use them as it’s intended.
