One caveat was that the scooters spacings were slightly different than a bike's so you'll need to buy some washers and mess around with the spacings to get the stock disk brakes to play nicely, but overall not too bad. Would prefer it to be ~1 mm longer, but then again the scooter is not quite standard (compared to bikes) and it is still usable. No comment on durability for now, but no problems after 2 miles on rough countryside roads. No comment on the longer rear axle since I was not planning on changing the rear wheel. I couldn't get the front wheel to seat straight and lock down properly (and safely) after two tries I realized my forks had to be bent, and sure enough, the right fork had a slight kick back, but noticeable once you see it. So, they were easy to install and fit perfectly. The biggest issue I encountered is the size of the axle. It is (I learned) 3/8", which was larger than the fork of the bike was made to accommodate, so I had to drill and file out the fork ends to get it to fit.
