Does the Bunion Bootie provide padding, or slip off?

No. By design the Bunion Booties are intended to be a sleek solution for athletes, in their shoes. Padding makes shoes feel tighter & adds unnecessary pressure on the bunion area. The heel strap keeps the Bootie in place during daily movement.

I put it on, and it doesn't feel like it's doing anything, do I have the right size?

Most likely, no. But we will absolutely take care of that. Buying sizes online is hard. Reach out via your Order History page and we'll send you another size to try FREE. We are THAT committed to getting you in the right size for your foot.

My Bunion Bootie came with a sticker on it with a LPN number, what is that?

Our Seller account has a setting to tell Amazon NOT to resell our items but even Amazon makes mistakes occasionally. If you get one, reach out through your Order History page and we'll MORE than make it right. We're that kind of company.

The seams bother my toe, what can I do?

We have two answers. 1. Flip it inside out. If you only purchased for one foot, reach out through your Order History page and we'll send you the opposite foot - FREE. We also have the BunionETTE Bootie which has a "boxier" big toe hood.

What are the Bunion Bootie wear instructions?

We suggest starting with 30 minutes initially, increase wear time as comfortable. They will relax but not continue to stretch out. After a couple of weeks you're still not sure about the fit? Reach out and we'll send you a second size to try FREE.
