I am not sure about that but it might works for the sticky lather.

If the patent leather has become tacky or sticky, it is likely because you used a harsh chemical cleaner that has compromised the integrity of the surface. I just use a mild soap and water. No Acetone type products or degreasers.

Can you use the black version on other colors?

Hi. I don't think this is pigmented enough to cover. Coverage is light overall and product is thin/watery.

Can this be used on pink or red patent leather shoes?

Yes, if you use the NEUTRAL version and your shoes are REAL patent leather. I have recently used it successfully on pink, red, and navy patent leather heels and all 3 pairs came out beautiful.
